Bacon

I have been trying ever since John and I got married to cook bacon on the stove top. I burn it every single time!! I finally gave up and we have been eating bacon cooked in the microwave ever since. Well today I got up the nerve to try it on the stove top again...I did it TWICE!! I guess I had to prove to myself that I could do it so after I cooked the first batch I waited and hour and cooked the second batch. Yay!
